ERISA Consultants is an actuarial and pension consulting firm located just outside Syracuse, New York in the village of Manlius. Founded in 1982, ERISA Consultants works with accountants, attorneys, financial consultants and banks to provide actuarial and administrative services to hundreds of qualified retirement plans.

 ERISA Consultants also offers services relative to pension plan design and proposal generation, drafting and submission of plan and trust documents, amendment and termination of plans, and a variety of related technical issues.  Our firm does not, however, participate in the investment of trust fund assets, either directly or indirectly.

 In addition, as part of a unique relationship between ERISA Consultants and the National Council of Savings Institutions (the national trade association of the mutual savings bank industry), ERISA Consultants has designed, and provides faculty for, the Institute for Pension Studies at Fairfield University, Fairfield, Connecticut.  The Employee Plan Specialist (or EPS) designation (as developed by ERISA and the National Council) is a nationally-recognized symbol of professional competency in the field of qualified retirement plans.

 As a result of nearly 20 years of providing superior administrative services in the field of qualified plans, ERISA Consultants has been established as a nationally recognized service provider by institutions such as A.G. Edwards & Sons, Mass Mutual Life Insurance, Manulife Financial, Charles Schwab & Co. and MFS Investment Management.
