ERISA Consultants sponsors both prototypes and volume submitter plans.  All retirement plan documents are completely updated for all regulatory changes all have received an IRS approval letter.  All of our Section 125 plan documents are updated for the most recent changes in regulations.

We also arrange for individual IRS determination letters, if appropriate or required.
