As a value added service, “The ERISA Difference” offers our clients written guarantees for all the components of the business relationship, costs, timeliness and quality of services rendered.  In conjunction with these guarantees, the balance of The ERISA Difference provides an explanation of services rarely found in the field of qualified plans.

ü     We guarantee our fees for a period of at least three years.

ü     We guarantee delivery of our administrative reports by no more than 30 days following the receipt of all necessary information, or we issue a 1% rebate for each day the report is late.

ü      ERISA Consultants administers over 750 qualified retirement plans, including defined contribution, defined benefit, ESOP, 403(b) and Section 125/cafeteria plans, in nearly 40 states.

ü      ERISA Consultants is purely a technical firm specializing in the field of qualified retirement plan compliance.

ü      All of our services are offered through a written letter of agreement that itemizes the services to be performed and the appropriate fee being charge for each service. We work exclusively on a “quoted fee” basis and do not charge for work which is not quoted in advance.

ü      We assign one administrator and one backup administrator to each client to insure consistent and effective communication.

ü      We act independently, in a consultative capacity, providing quality administrative services that can be used in conjunction with any set of investment options.

ü      We serve as curriculum coordinators and faculty for the Institute for Pension studies, a nationally recognized pension designation program conducted at Fairfield University in conjunction with a national banking organization known as The Savings and Community Bankers of America.
